E-3 Systems provides site surveys and detail engineering, equipment and materials procurement, staging and installation services to ILECs, CLECs, Bell Companies, Cable Operators and other telecom services providers. As an AT&T IVEN File certified Central Office Equipment Installer, we comply with all requirements as set by the client and manufacturer, as well as the standards and practices of the Bell Companies [TP-76300MP for AT&T, the local, state and seismic codes where applicable. If no client standards exist, we comply with Telcordia standards (GR-1275-CORE). We are able to engineer, furnish and install the outside plant facility as well as its corresponding central office terminal or head-end equipment. We offer our clients a complete end-to-end transport and distribution facilities solution for their telecom infrastructure build out.

E-3 Systems offers a managed turnkey solution for all your Central Office, Remote Terminal, Customer Premises, Head-End, Secondary Hub Site, and/or Cell Site Installation needs. Our installation offerings include infrastructure construction, system cabling, terminations, testing, power cabling, material provisioning and delivery.

E-3 Systems’ EF&I Services, in addition to detail engineering and provisioning of equipment and materials, include:

Equipment installation for new and augmentation of existing, Central Offices, Head-Ends, Co-location Cages, Huts, CEVs and CECs/UEs deployed as Remote Terminals, Secondary Hubs or Cell Sites and Telco Customer Premise Sites.

Equipment installation capabilities for transmission, access, cross-connect, DC power, switch products, cable rack, auxiliary framing, ground systems including primary DC power plant as well as cabling of DS0, DS1, DS3, fiber optic, DC power, ground, alarm, telemetry, timing, tie-pair and other cabling products.

All equipment installations that comply with the requirements set by the client or equipment manufacturer, as well as the standards and practices of the Bell Companies, Cable Operator or other Telco client and the applicable local or state seismic codes. If no client standards exist, we comply with Telcordia standards (GR-1275-CORE).

Field engineering and end-to-end testing support for all installations.
