Management Team

	Kofi A. Tawiah Founder & President Kofi founded E-3 Systems in 1989 and has grown the company into a major supplier of telecom transport infrastructure facilities as well as a well established and rapidly growing Silicon Valley voice & data cabling contractor. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Engineering as well as an MBA in Finance and International Business Kofi had 15-years of management experience in the automotive and the venture capital industries prior to founding E-3 Systems. He is a noted philanthropist in the Bay Area supporting children’s health and educational organizations.
	Joe Schmidt Vice President & General Manager Joe joined E-3 Systems in 2007 bringing his 24 successful years of industry experience with him. Some of his past successes include Director of National Operations for NetVersant (formally Apex Communications), as well as project and operations management for some well known Silicon Valley Electrical and Data Contractors. His attention to detail and proven customer service skills set an example with his management teams.
	Andres Carrasco Engineering Manager Andres has been with E-3 Systems for 9 years. He started as a field technician and has worked his way up to Project Manager. He is certified Design & Engineering, and well as Installation & Maintenance for CommScope formally Systimax. Andres currently manages several projects including all cabling projects for the County of Alameda.
	Dave Martini Business Development Manager Dave has over 20 years of sales and business development experience in network and internet infrastructure, data storage, and consumer internet. He participated in the growth of four technology startups and is skilled in scaling the technology, operations and sales components of a business. He is also active in his community, acting as the Co-Executive Director of children's tennis clinic, as well as the President of the San Francisco Tennis Coalition. He graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Marketing.
	Don Barstow Project Manager Don has been with E-3 Systems for 12 years, specializing in construction of the equipment enclosure buildings. The E-3 Systems entire field crew reports to Don, and receives training and guidance on a monthly basis.
	Joanne Prass-Jones Accountant Joanne joined E-3 Systems in August of 2006. With many years experience in a variety of businesses, most recently construction and very familiar with it’s unique processes. Joanne is our liaison for regulated utility provider clients to assist in bureaucratic purchasing procedures. She performs all payroll and other accounting functions for E-3 Systems.
	Reshma Rangapura Administrative Assistant / Human Resources Reshma has a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy including certifications in Human Resources management, Benefits Administration and business Supervision Management. She joined E-3 Systems in February of 2012 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and multiple years experience in Human resources Administration. Reshma volunteers frequently at various Senior Centers in the East Bay Area.
